The Role
The Workshop Electrical Technician is responsible for providing osite support for customers as well as resolving equipment breakdowns in line with agreed SLA's.
Responsibilities
- Fault finding / diagnose and rectify common & more complex problems
- Support equipment installation - Scheduled routine maintenance of equipment
- Support the broader environment and contribute to team success
Requirements
- Restricted Electrical Licence is essential.
- A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to set KPI's
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid interpersonal skills and computer skills
