Key aspects of the job include:

- Processing orders by Phone, Email and Online
- Providing quotes
- Freight & Courier management
- Picking and packing orders
- Data Entry
- Receiving and pick up of goods
- Social media account maintenance
- Basic Forklift Operations
- Basic marketing
- Website maintenance
- Basic maintenance and general housekeeping
- Stock control through stocktaking
- Trade show operations
- Other tasks as directed from time to time
- Maintaining a safe, clean and practicable work environment, adhering to OH&S; requirements

Desired skills

- Excellent Phone Manner
- Motivated to provide excellent customer service
- High Level Attention to detail
- Ability to Maintain a clean work environment
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Computer Literate - Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office an advantage
