What We Are Hiring For

Role: Machine Operator (Cement/Brick Manufacturing)

Shift Pattern:- 6 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Full time hours on a permanent Shift basis.

Excellent opportunities for overtime and performance-based full-time conversion.

- Hold a current Australian Forklift Licence (Counterbalance experience is a bonus, but we prioritise the licence).
- Demonstrate strong reliability, flexibility, and a commitment to long-term employment.
- Be highly safety-focused, motivated, and energetic.
- Ability to maintain a high standard of housekeeping and accurate documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Production Monitoring: Operating, starting, and shutting down production/extrusion lines, monitoring the full process from raw material to finished product.
- Quality Control:



Performing regular quality testing and inspections to ensure products meet Australian Standards.
- Forklift Operation: Performing basic forklift duties (e.g., stacking finished pallets).
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively looking for ways to enhance efficiency and quality on your shift.
