Australian Lamb Company (Minerva Foods) is Victoria’s Largest Lamb processing facility and is a market leader pf premium branded boxed lamb, both domestically and overseas, exporting to more than 70 countries.

ALC’s main processing facility is in Southwestern Victoria and is currently looking for 30 Meat Process Workers to join them on-site at 1 Tristania Drive, Colac VIC 3250.

Positions are immediately available for both morning (5:00 am start) and afternoon shifts (2:45 pm start). Rotating of shifts not required.

Pay and conditions for these roles fall under the Australian Lamb Colac Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2022. The Meat Process Worker (EA Level 1 - Level 5) positions. Full-time and Casual positions are available. Earning an hourly rate of $24.95 - $37.50 plus allowances, dependent on skill.

General duties of the Meat Process worker role include.

- Trimming, cutting, slicing.
- Separating and sorting organs and meat.
- Operation of equipment and machinery
- Clean and sterilize work areas
- Moving carcasses.




- General laboring throughout chillers, boning room and slaughter floor.
- Ability and willingness to learn – experience welcome but not required.
