If you've worked in removals or something similar and can confidently manage sales calls, leads, and customer service with professionalism and care — this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and professionalism
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through clear communication and follow-up
- Provide detailed service information and guide customers through their move
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead notes, and booking records
- Follow up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Hit team and individual sales/conversion targets

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year experience in the sales / Customer service
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Friendly, confident, and team-oriented attitude
