We’re Hiring: Casual Cleaner or Independent Cleaning ABN Subcontractor

Happy Cleaning Co is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable cleaner who can help our team when additional staff are needed.

This is a adaptable relief role offering approximately one day of work per week. Work will be offered as it becomes available, so regular hours are not guaranteed.

The role may suit:

- An experienced cleaner with an ABN who would like to pick up occasional extra work; or
- A casual cleaner who is available around one day per week and can sometimes assist at short notice.

You can let us know your availability and accept suitable work when it is offered.

ABN Subcontractor

- $50–$55 per hour, depending on experience
- Approximately one day of work per week when additional staff are needed
- Work offered as it becomes available
- No guaranteed minimum hours
- Flexibility to accept work based on your availability
- Potential for additional work as Happy Cleaning Co grows

Subcontractors must hold a current ABN, have appropriate insurance and meet all subcontractor requirements.

Casual Cleaner

- $34.00 per hour plus 12% super
- $0.99 per kilometre paid for travel between jobs
- Approximately one day of work per week
- Additional shifts may occasionally be offered at short notice
- Uniform, equipment and cleaning products supplied

About the work

We specialise in residential cleaning for regular weekly and fortnightly clients across the Macarthur area.

There are no end-of-lease cleans, evenings or weekend shifts.



Work is completed Monday to Friday during daytime hours, generally from 9:00 am.

- Has, or is willing to obtain, a National Police Check
- Has residential cleaning experience or a strong willingness to learn

Camden, Menangle, Elderslie, Spring Farm, Mount Annan, Gregory Hills, Gledswood Hills, Cobbitty, Oran Park, Catherine Field, Harrington Park and Austral.
