Our values PURPOSE OF ROLE: This role acts as Network Performance Consultant, responsible for the delivery of Motor Claims and Assessing’s key cost, service and quality targets through our Partner Repairer Network and related Motor Supplier services. The role is responsible for assisting the Network Performance Team in the performance management of our Partner Repairers, including sourcing, selecting, vetting and on-boarding Partner Repairers to achieve required cost, service and repair quality outcomes. Key accountabilities are listed below. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Suppliers:

- Assist to vet and procure selected supplier services within appropriate governance, compliance and contractual frameworks
- Undertake business risk assessments of potential suppliers via detailed level of financial and business due diligence
- Audit, analyse and manage cost, quality and service performance of the Motor Category supply chain to ensure that agreed contractual, regulatory and best practice standards are met and maintained
- In conjunction with Procurement Manager, closely monitor supplier capacity nationally to ensure adequate geographical and volume coverage to meet customer demand
- Analyse all relative Supplier Feedback Register issues on a daily basis, and liaise with stakeholders to produce outcomes, as per process




- Arrange and attend regular Supplier review meetings and document outcomes/ actions with repairers.
- Identify and report on key trends within the Motor Category Supplier space that could present risks or opportunities to A&G;
- Pro-actively research and maintain sound knowledge of market developments in Motor Category Supplier space, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, company processes, systems, products and brands
- Attend regular team meetings to compare performance, share best practice with colleagues
- Participate when required in team projects

Network Performance Team:

- Participate when required in team projects
- Identify and report on key trends within the Motor Category Supplier space that could present risks or opportunities to A&G;
- Attend regular team meetings to compare performance, share best practice with colleagues

- Meet line manager at least monthly on 1:1 basis to discuss and generate continual improvements in personal performance

Motor Claims & Assessing stakeholders:

- Closely work alongside Network Performance Manager and key internal stakeholders to ensure to ensure Motor Category Suppliers’ cost, quality and service delivery supports and enhances the claims value chain effectively
- Act as liaison for internal stakeholders, to understand and assist with the development of the Motor Claims strategy, objectives, targets, quality assurance and risk & control frameworks from Network Performance perspective




- Seize opportunities to enhance mutual understanding of PSM function and Motor Claims & Assessing teams, obtain and impart feedback about existing supplier performance and champion supplier usage where warranted
- Assist when required to satisfactorily resolve claims negotiations and disputes involving Motor suppliers

Experience:

- Motor Category Procurement & Supplier Management or Relationship Management experience (minimum of 2 years within a Claims & Assessing environment)
- Sound knowledge of the Motor Category supplier environment, including smash repairers, towing, hire car, taxi, windscreen, emergency assistance providers and associated market practices
- Key influencer and effective communicator with high level of credibility, business acumen & subject matter expertise
- Proven track record of ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
