Position: FIFO Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic

Perth Based | National FIFO

We are seeking experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics to join our growing team on a FIFO basis from Perth, WA. You'll be deployed to mine sites across Australia, working on a variety of heavy mobile equipment including trucks, loaders, graders, and dozers. Whether it's breakdowns, scheduled servicing, or major rebuilds, your skills will help keep operations moving.

Worthy Engineering is a mining services repairer, operating a team of over 70 employees from large workshop facilities in Perth (Henderson) and Kalgoorlie. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy mobile equipment
- Conduct breakdown support and field service when required
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades for effective operations

What You’ll Need:

- Trade Qualification – Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic (Australian recognised)
- Previous experience working in mining or civil environments
- Robust knowledge of CAT, Sandvik, Komatsu or similar OEM equipment
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (HR advantageous)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
- Valid Australian working rights
