Duties/Responsibilities: For Retail Manager

Ÿ Manage daily operations of the business

Ÿ Motivate, lead and supervise the daily work of all team members

Ÿ Ensure the efficiency of all team member’s work, develop staff rosters and provide additional training when necessary

Ÿ Meet budget demands, exceed KPI's to maximize sales and ensure the profitability of the business.

Ÿ Collaborate promotion activities, display promoted products or advertising materials skillfully to attract consumers to the largest extent.

Ÿ Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer loyalty

Ÿ Stock control, checking inventory and purchase orders

Ÿ Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulation

Duties/Responsibilities: For Cook

Be able to prepare all ingredients/menu meals - adherence to service times with consistency and quality of meals

Ensure high standards, quality control are maintained at all times

Efficiently manage of stock levels, ordering stock

HACCP compliance,



food safety procedures and OH&S; regulations

General kitchen and cleaning duties as required
