We’re on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Audio-Visual Technician to join our passionate Brisbane/Gold Coast based team.

About the Role

This is a part-time/casual position, with shifts available on weekdays and the occasional weekend.

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Requires flexible working hours
- Is looking to supplement their current income
- Is seeking a scaled-back schedule while staying active in the workforce

You will be working onsite at customer locations across Brisbane, including:

- Corporate
- Government
- Education
- Retail environments

You’ll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs of audio-visual and technology equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and replace components in:

- Interactive panels & displays
- Projectors
- Boardroom AV systems

Additional activities:

- Set up and operate AV equipment at shows and events
- Perform software updates and system firmware installations
- Provide exceptional service at customer sites
- Ensure safe work practices and proper handling of tools and equipment

About You – The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has hands-on experience with audio-visual systems and technical installations
- Is confident traveling around Brisbane (with occasional regional travel)
- Has basic construction knowledge and is comfortable using tools
- Is physically fit and capable of handling and moving heavy equipment
- Works well both independently and in a team environment
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

- Previous AV or technical installation experience (preferred)
- Valid Working with Children Check or Police Check
- Full Australian Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Clean criminal record
