Senior Recruitment Consultant - WHSE

NES Fircroft Australia is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team, leading and growing a contract desk focused on connecting top WHSE talent with some of Australia’s leading mining, energy, and infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Build and Manage Client Relationships – Partner with mining operators, energy companies, EPC contractors, consultancies, and infrastructure businesses delivering workforce solutions across health, safety, workplace, and quality functions throughout Australia.
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment – Manage end-to-end contract recruitment — sourcing, interviewing, placing, and managing high-calibre candidates across WHSE, HSEQ, safety advisory, environmental, occupational hygiene, and compliance roles.
- Drive Business Growth – Expand your portfolio by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with key clients across Australia’s mining, energy, and infrastructure markets.
- Provide Market Insight – Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, offering insights on talent trends, workforce planning, and the evolving WHSE landscape across Australia.




- Collaborate with a Global Team – Work closely with colleagues across Australia and the wider APAC region, sharing knowledge and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, ideally within WHSE, mining, energy, engineering, or technical sectors
- Strong commercial mindset with experience building and managing a recruitment desk
- Excellent client development and candidate relationship skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Knowledge of the Australian WHSE and industrial sectors is beneficial, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued
