About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.

This is an on-site, customer-facing role where you'll assist customers who visit the store, process parcel shipments and help with the day-to-day operations of both our Kings Cross and Balmain locations. The role also involves transporting parcels between the two stores using a company van.

No previous logistics experience is required – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
- Weigh, measure and process parcels for shipment
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation
- Provide customers with shipping information and service options
- Carefully pack parcels where required
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional store environment
- Drive a company van to transport parcels between the Kings Cross and Balmain stores
- Assist with general day-to-day store operations

About You

We're looking for someone who is reliable, approachable and enjoys providing great customer service.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence with a confident driving record
- Unrestricted Australian working rights




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift and move parcels (up to approximately 20kg)
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team

Desirable (but not essential)

- Experience in courier, freight or logistics
- Experience driving small commercial vans
- Mandarin language skills are welcome, as you'll be working alongside a multilingual team and may occasionally assist customers from diverse backgrounds

Pay: $52,880.00 – $58,000.00 per year
