This role is initially available for 1–2 days per week + covering leave, with the opportunity to increase to part-time hours for the right candidate!
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role is preferred but not essential. We welcome applicants with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Proficiency with computer systems, appointment scheduling, and Microsoft Office.

- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and supporting the smooth operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage enquiries in person and by phone.
- Schedule appointments using the practice management system.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, correspondence, and record management.
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure patient records are accurate, confidential, and up to date.
- Maintain a welcoming, organised reception and waiting area.
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.
Pay: $26.76 – $32.24 per hour
