Position Overview
As a KItchen Hand/Cook at Al Aseel, you’ll work in a fast-paced qualified kitchen preparing authentic Middle Eastern dishes to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in daily service, ensuring consistency, quality, and cleanliness across all kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Al Aseel recipes and presentation standards.
- Work across different stations (grill, cold, hot, prep) as required.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation and food preparation tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen preferred
- Passion for food and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work across multiple locations if required
- Food Safety Certificate
