We are seeking passionate, reliable, experienced and dedicated personnel in the following roles to join our team on a full time basis- with flexibility to work across a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (ALL STAFFS)
- Up-to-date immunizations:
+ Current Annual Flu Vaccination
+ COVID-19 Vaccination: 3 doses, including Booster.
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate & NDIS Police check
- Must have valid/full work rights in Australia (we will require passport/visa copy for verification if applicable)
- Enrolled Nurse - Essential Requirements
- Previous experience ( At least 1 year ) in Health/Aged Care environment
- Current (Unrestricted) Australian Nurses Registration (AHPRA)
- Current Basic Life Support Qualification.
- Understanding of Medication Management principles and implementation is a must
- Ability to identify and manage risks efficiently and effectively
- Strong leadership and time management skills, with clear and articulate verbal and written communication. Ability to work well in teams is strongly considered.
- Commitment to holistic nursing practices, with genuine intentions in providing utmost support and care to residents in need.
2. Aged / Disability Carer Essential Requirements
- Previous experience ( At least 1 year ) in Health/Aged Care environment
- Cert III in Aged Care / Cert III in Individual Support / Cert IV Disability Support or equivalent - Nursing Student pursuing these qualifications also considered.
- Current First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling Certificate
- Must have flexible availability for AM, PM and Night Shift.
- Current Medical Competency (Med Comp) certificate (if available)
- Suitable knowledge & experience
- Demonstrated digital, verbal and written clinical communication with effective interpersonal skills
- Commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice
