We are a dynamic and growing tractor dealership looking for a dedicated Factory Hand to join our busy team. This is a crucial role ensuring all our products are presented to the highest standard for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on the meticulous preparation and presentation of our inventory, as well as maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Responsibilities include:

- Pre-Delivery Assembly and Preparation:
- Unboxing, assembling, and conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI) for a variety of equipment, including new and used tractors (compact utility, farm-sized), attachments (e.g., loaders, backhoes, slashers), and lawn mowers (zero-turn, ride-on, push).
- Mounting and setting up implements and accessories according to customer orders and manufacturer specifications.
- Performing basic checks like fluid levels, tire pressure, and ensuring all safety decals and guards are correctly in place.
- Machinery Detailing and Presentation:
- Thoroughly washing, polishing, and detailing all machinery before it is delivered to a customer or displayed in the showroom or yard.
- Removing all transit protection, stickers, and ensuring a pristine, 'showroom-ready' finish.




- Assisting with the placement of equipment in the display yard.
- General Workplace Maintenance:
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the workshop, wash bay, and storage areas.
- Sweeping, tidying, and ensuring all tools and equipment are stored safely and correctly.
- Assisting with the receiving and dispatch of parts and equipment as needed.
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

- Prior experience in a mechanical workshop, factory, or detailing role is highly regarded.
- A proven ability to follow instructions meticulously and complete tasks to a high quality.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to presentation.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing, and working outdoors when necessary.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's licence is essential (Forklift licence is a bonus).
