We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our Boost Juice store in Canberra. If you are passionate about customer service, team leadership, and driving business performance in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise and oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure efficient and profitable performance.

Lead, motivate, train and supervise a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Recruit, induct and manage employee performance and development.

Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs to meet operational requirements. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.

Maintain appropriate stock levels by managing ordering, inventory control and stock rotation.

Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely

manner.

Maintain high standards of store presentation. cleanliness and merchandising.

Prepare operational reports and assist in budgeting and cost control.



Skills & Experience At least 1 year of full-time experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail management position. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Experience managing stock, budgets, rosters and daily store operations. Ability to work under pressure in a busy retail setting. Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts. What We Offer Competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation. Career development and progression opportunities.
