Adecco is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our client's growing Shipping Team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced distribution workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, with a key focus on picking, packing, dispatching, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will require a current LF Forklift Licence with proven high reach forklift experience and be comfortable working across various warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate a reach forklift safely to move, store, and retrieve stock
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled correctly
- Prepare shipments including labelling, documentation, and dispatch activities
- Perform stock movements, replenishment, and inventory checks as required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures




- Support wider warehouse operations and team members as required

About You:

- Current LF Forklift Licence with demonstrated reach forklift experience (essential)
- Previous experience within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
- Experience with picking, packing, dispatch, and stock handling processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines
- Flexible availability to work across operating hours between 6:30am and 5:00pm
