Situated in the heart of the Atherton Tablelands, The Anthill is a busy and well-loved local venue offering quality pub dining, cold beers, live entertainment and genuine country hospitality. With a strong local following and steady trade, you'll be joining a kitchen that values teamwork, consistency and great food.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and cooking quality pub-style meals to a high standard

- Running your own section during service

- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team

- Assisting with stock rotation and food safety procedures

- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

- Contributing ideas and helping deliver a great guest experience

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready to step up





- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced workplace

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Reliable, team-oriented and passionate about hospitality

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
