About the role

To assist the Fresh Market Manager to lead, coach and support the Fruit and Veg Team to deliver a consistently good offer on our Fresh range to enable the customer shopping need of fresh and convenient products.

What you'll do

- Foster an environment focused on delivering a great customer experience in store and online
- Assist the Fruit & Veg Team Manager to supervise team members against key metrics and Ways of Working to provide valuable and constructive feedback to team members and to the Team Manager for the purposes of recognition and development opportunities
- Assist the Fruit & Veg Team Manager to increase team productivity in order to improve customer satisfaction
