T-Shirt Printer / Apparel Decorator — Full Time

Ravenhall | Onsite Parking | $55,000–$65,000 + super (based on experience)

Monday to Friday. Choose your shift: 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:30am–5:00pm.

About the Role

Our apparel division is growing fast, and we want a hands-on printer to grow with it. This is a production-first role with a real path to owning the apparel area as it scales.

Day to day you'll run Direct to Film (DTF), Full-Colour Heat Transfer Vinyl and Specialty Heat Transfer Films across tees, polos, hoodies, gym wear, bags, hats, umbrellas and more. If you love getting quality product out the door under tight deadlines, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do (Day One)

- Prep incoming orders for production
- Monitoring and ordering stock (garments, films, consumables)
- Set up, run and troubleshoot printing and pressing gear
- Help manage daily workflow and hit tight turnaround times
- Hold consistent quality across every garment
- Keep the production area clean, safe and organised
- If you happen to be quiet, jump in to support other production teams when needed

- Guiding casual and part-time team members
- Working with suppliers to trial new materials and finishes
- Sharing product knowledge with our enquiry and design teams
- Helping our marketing team member showcase our apparel range to clients and online

About You

You're energetic, take pride in your work, and you get the job done properly — especially when the clock's ticking.

Required:





- Proven experience in apparel decoration or garment printing (heat press, DTF, vinyl or similar)
- Strong eye for garment placement, alignment and consistency
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced, production-focused environment
- Happy on your feet most of the day and lifting boxes up to ~20kg
- A team player who brings ideas, not just hands

Highly Regarded:

- DTF or DTG workflow experience
- Managing stock or production workflows
