As our first point of contact with our customers, you will be the voice of Forge Solutions for a government energy efficiency program rollout. In this role, you’ll assist residential customers with enquiries related to delivering energy efficiency solutions. You’ll handle calls, emails, tickets and online enquiries, so confidence with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems is essential.
Having a can-do attitude a passion for providing excellent customer experiences and robust attention to detail will see you thrive in this supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls relating to home upgrade assessment bookings, upgrade bookings, coordination, or feedback.
- Create, build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for follow-ups.
- Updating and maintaining documented manuals and internal procedures.




- Review customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following:

- Previous phone-based Customer Service experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently, as well as collaborating and working in a fast-paced team environment.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the utilities industry is advantageous.
