About the Role:
Wilson Brewery in beautiful Albany is seeking a talented and motivated Chef / Cook to join our team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen environment and takes pride in producing high-quality dishes consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a high standard in a fast-paced kitchenenvironment
- Work across larder, grill, pasta, and pizza sections to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines to maintainconsistency
- Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in line with regulations
- Plan and coordinate daily kitchen workflow to ensure smooth and timely service
- Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and ensure proper storage and rotation ofingredients
- Train junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, kitchen procedures, and safety standards




- Supervise junior staff performance to ensure adherence to quality and operationalstandards
- Contribute to menu planning and development of new dishes as required
- Ensure all food items are prepared and delivered within service time standards
- Maintain a professional and team-focused approach while delivering quality-driven service

About You:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments
- Relevant industry qualification(s)
- Strong ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment
- Positive, reliable, well-presented, and skilled attitude
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace standards
- Willingness to relocate to Albany, WA
- Previous experience in a brewery, pub, or high-volume hospitality venue is highlyregarded
