Pizza Chef – Il Ritrovo Italian Restaurant | Zetland

Il Ritrovo is a new Italian restaurant opening in Zetland, bringing authentic Italian flavours, quality ingredients and warm hospitality to the local community.

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team.

About the Role

- Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas to a consistent standard
- Stretch and work with pizza dough by hand
- Manage pizza section during service
- Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Pizza Chef
- Experience with Italian-style pizzas
- Strong understanding of dough preparation and fermentation
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
- Reliable,



organised and team-oriented
- Full working rights in Australia
