Commercial Property Manager

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Administer leases, renewals and tenancy documentation.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate, or be eligible and committed to obtaining one (essential).
- A minimum of one year's property management experience.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Permanent Australian work rights (working holiday visa holders are not eligible).
