All Rounder & Till Operator – Bacino Bar Espresso

Bacino Bar Espresso is growing, and we’re looking for experienced All Rounder and Till Operators to join our team across our cafés in North Curl Curl, Balgowlah, and Manly.

About the All Rounder Role

As an All Rounder at Bacino, you’ll handle a variety of tasks including running food and coffee, looking after customers, keeping the café clean and welcoming, and supporting the kitchen and front-of-house team. Your versatility and positive attitude are what make this role shine.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

- Run coffee and food orders promptly and accurately to customers.

- Clear and wipe down tables efficiently between customers.

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the café.

- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

- Refill drink fridges, restock supplies, and keep all areas organised.

- Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed by kitchen staff.

- Offer water to customers and proactively support the flow of the café.

- Tidy the dining area — chairs, condiments, cushions, and surfaces.

- Be proactive in spotting and solving issues before they affect customers.

We’re Looking For

- Experience in a café or hospitality environment.

- Strong customer service skills and a warm, welcoming manner.





- Ability to multitask and move between different roles during service.

- Reliability, a positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility.

- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

About the Till Role

We’re looking for friendly and reliable Till Operators who can ensure smooth, accurate transactions and a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

- Manage order-taking and the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.

- Handle cash and card transactions confidently.

- Provide friendly and effective customer service.

- Assist customers with enquiries and provide product information.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the till area.

- Ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.

- Work collaboratively with baristas and kitchen staff during service.

We’re Looking For

- Experience in cash handling and customer service.

- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy service periods.

- A positive attitude, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
