ATRICIA INVESTMENTS PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef / Cook to join our team in a full-time capacity. We are looking for a reliable and skilled culinary professional who can deliver high-quality food preparation and maintain excellent kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality meals according to recipes and customer requirements
- Plan and organise daily food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in accordance with regulations
- Manage stock control, food ordering, and minimise wastage
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Work effectively as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment

Skills and Experience Required:

- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen environment




- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Passion for preparing quality food and delivering great customer experiences
