Experienced Café & Restaurant All-Rounder

H2O Cafe Restaurant, Narrabeen is looking for an experienced and reliable hospitality professional to join our team.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced all-rounder who is confident working across Front of House, Bar, and Café operations.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2 years Australian café or restaurant experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Current RSA certificate
- Experience using Lightspeed POS
- Experience taking and managing reservations
- Confident making coffee
- Experience working on the floor and behind the bar
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable, professional and well-presented

Responsibilities

- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Managing bookings and reservations
- Floor service and customer care
- Coffee preparation
- Serving beer,



wine and cocktails
- Assisting with bar operations
- Opening and closing duties
- Maintaining high service standards

Availability Required

Applicants must be available to work approximately 5 days per week. Weekend availability is essential. Weekday shifts are versatile and will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
