Genus is delivering the Clean Energy Link North project, a major transmission infrastructure project supporting the connection of renewable energy across Western Australia.

We are seeking experienced Transmission Linesmen with proven experience in overhead transmission line construction (erection and/or stringing) to join the project team.

About the Role
Working on a large-scale transmission project, you will be involved in the construction of high-voltage overhead transmission lines, including tower assembly, conductor stringing, and associated line works.

Key Responsibilities

- Tower assembly and erection
- Conductor stringing, sagging, and clipping
- Working on high-voltage transmission infrastructure




- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Working as part of a transmission crew on site
- Maintaining strict safety and compliance standards

About You

- Proven experience on overhead transmission line projects
- Experience in erection and/or stringing crews
- Robust understanding of site-based safety and project delivery
- Ability to work in rostered, project environments

Requirements

- Certificate III ESI – Transmission Overhead (UET30621) OR equivalent transmission experience
- Valid Driver’s Licence (HR preferred or willingness to obtain)
- White Card
- CPR and First Aid
- Working at Heights (essential)
- EWP (highly regarded)
