Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Co-ordinator & Administrator (Forklift licence required) for our client in Smithfield.

- Temp to Perm – Day shift

What you will be required to do:

- Co-ordinating freight movements
- Managing inventory & providing administrative support across the warehouse & logistics operations.
- Process orders, delivery documentation & freight paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records & update inventory using SAP
- Communicate with customers, suppliers & internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist with the warehouse operations when required, including forklift operation.

To be successful in the role you will:

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous experience in freight, transport & logistics co-ordination
- Inventory management experience
- Experience using SAP or similar
- Strong customer service experience




- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player
