Vermont Aged Care is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and skilled Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our friendly and long-standing team in our family-owned aged care home in Vermont.

As a PCA, you will work alongside experienced nurses and dedicated care professionals to deliver person-centred care that supports residents' dignity, independence and quality of life. About You

You will be passionate about caring for older people and committed to delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
- Previous aged care experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to resident wellbeing and person-centred care

Pay: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vermont VIC 3133: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Personal care: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Required)
