About the Role -

You’ll provide person-centred support to adults and children living with disabilities, empowering them to live fulfilling, independent lives. From daily living assistance and emotional support to recreational planning and household tasks, you'll be at the heart of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and medication management.
- Facilitate and encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
- Document care activities accurately and promptly.
- Remain calm, responsive, and effective in emergencies or challenging situations.

Requirements: (Or willingness to obtain – support provided!)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- QLD Working with Children Check (Employee status)
- Current CPR & First Aid certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence + own reliable vehicle
