SUVA SHAKTI PTY LTD T/as Seahorse Brasserie is hospitality business based in Australia running additional venue inside Narooma Golf Club located at 1 Ballingalla Street Narooma NSW 2546 Australia . We are looking for passionate and experienced Chef De Partie to join our growing team. This role ensures the efficient operation of the kitchen, supports the development of kitchen staff, and contributes to providing an exceptional dining experience for all patrons.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning, recipe testing, and cook-offs.
- Contribute to menu planning and stay updated on food trends and techniques.
- Liaise with managers and other staff regarding food preparation issues.
- Help train and support kitchen team members.
- You will also supervise Demi Chef, Commis Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Attendants,





acting as a hands-on leader and role model within the team.

- Lead by example and work independently when required.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Monitor performance and train junior kitchen staff.
- Manage inventory and order food supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management
- Relevant Working Experience minimum 1 - 2 Year .
- Ability to work Full Time.
- Flexible to work on a rotating roster.
