Benchmark Electrical Group is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Technician to work full time.

Work locations including Sydney metro, Wollongong, Canberra, Central Coast & South Coast NSW

The role:

- Install and upgrade fibre networks & equipment

- Perform trouble shooting, fault finding and repairing of fibre networks

- Installation and splicing of fibre joints

- Cable hauling of fibre cables

- Study and interpret network designs

- Ensure WH&S; compliance

Skills and experience:

- Experience working on Telstra & NBN fibre networks

- Experience building and splicing fibre joints





- Good experience using an OTDR and fusion splicer

- Current driver's license

- Construction white card
