About Us

We are a well-established portable building manufacturer in Dandenong South with an in-house aluminium window manufacturing division that supplies windows and doors for our building projects. We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to take ownership of this area of the business and help drive it forward.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, lead by example, and take pride in producing quality aluminium windows and doors. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the window manufacturing department while mentoring and supervising our apprentice.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble aluminium windows and doors to a high standard.
- Read and interpret drawings and production requirements.
- Ensure products are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Manage and organise workflow within the window manufacturing area.
- Train, supervise, and support an apprentice.
- Maintain quality control and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and identify improvements.
- Work closely with our building production team to meet project deadlines.

About You

- Experience in aluminium window and door fabrication.
