We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team.

About You...

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- An approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or be recognised as an Early Childhood Teacher under the National Law).
- Experience working within an early childhood education and care setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a professional team and build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and contribute to the planning cycle.
- Create engaging, inclusive and age-appropriate learning environments.




- Build respectful and collaborative partnerships with children, families and the wider community.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with legislative and service requirements.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and participate in ongoing professional learning and reflective practice.

- Uphold Little Blossom Early Learning Centre's Child Safe policies, Code of Conduct and safeguarding practices.
