About the dental clinic

Our practice has been in the same location for well over 40 years. It is one of the longest, if not, the longest established dental clinic in Chatswood. We are also proud to be crowned the local north shore business rewards finalist for consecutive years.

The clinic is equipped with the latest dental technology to implement digital dentistry workflow, including latest wireless TRIOS scanner, Sirona chairs, digital dental x-rays and OPG in house. Our dental professional is also previously involved in writing up the guidelines for infection control implementation in private dental clinics ADA.

What you'll bring:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists and Oral Health Therapists
- Attention to details
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

About you

- Professional presentation with polite manner. Ability to learn and adapt to current skills quickly
- Passionate about customer service / patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
- Must be Available to work at least 2-4 days on from Monday to Saturday

Prior dental assistant experience is preferable. Experience with Practice Management Software and multi-lingual skill are advantageous. Only candidates with relevant dental experience in the dental industry will be considered.

Pay: $26.00 – $38.00 per hour
