Cleaning Technician

Kelly's Services Group is a locally owned and growing cleaning business providing skilled residential, holiday rental, NDIS and commercial cleaning services across the Central Coast.

We're looking for a reliable, detail focused team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a real difference for our clients.

This is a daytime position with flexible weekday hours, making it ideal for someone looking for work that fits around family or other commitments.

About the role

You'll work across a variety of cleaning services, including:

- Residential home cleaning
- Holiday rental changeovers
- Deep cleans and end of lease cleans
- NDIS participant support cleans
- Occasional commercial cleaning

You'll become part of a supportive team that works together to deliver exceptional results for our clients. While some jobs are completed independently once you're trained, many are completed alongside another team member, giving you the opportunity to work with others, share the workload and support one another throughout the day.

Essential requirements

- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Lives on the Central Coast NSW
- Able to obtain a National Police Check

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience in:

- Residential cleaning
- Holiday rentals or Airbnb
- Housekeeping
- Hotels
- Aged care
- Disability support
- Commercial cleaning

If you don't have professional cleaning experience but have a great attitude and willingness to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.

Availability

We're particularly looking for applicants who are available during weekdays between 8:30am and 4:30pm.

Some weekend work is available but not required.
