What will you be doing?
- Support the management of an established $412k owner operator and SME portfolio alongside an experienced Account Executive
- Complete pre-renewals and manage the renewal process from start to finish
- Process endorsements, Certificates of Currency and Certificates of Insurance
- Manage Commercial Motor, Liability, Property, MLIA and other commercial insurance classes
- Proactively manage debtors and assist with reviewing claims data to support client discussions
- Manage the team's CTP insurance inbox while providing outstanding service to clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
What do you need?
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
- Previous experience managing or supporting commercial insurance portfolios
- Strong understanding of the insurance market, quote slips and governance requirements
- Experience across Commercial Motor, Property, Liability, MLIA and other commercial classes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine client-first approach
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio within a small, team-oriented team
