About Us

Crystal Aura Food & Beverages Pty Ltd. is launching an exciting Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) café in Melbourne CBD.

Our concept combines authentic Indian street food with modern Australian café favourites, offering premium food, specialty beverages and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and welcoming environment.

We're looking for passionate Baristas who enjoy making great coffee, delivering outstanding customer service and being part of a supportive team.

About the Role

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality chai, coffee and beverages while creating a positive experience for every customer. You'll also assist with front-of-house operations and help maintain a clean, efficient café environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy café, thrives under pressure and takes pride in consistently delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality chai, espresso-based coffee and other hot and cold beverages
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Maintain coffee equipment and ensure workstations remain clean and organised
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Restock café supplies, cups and packaging
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members




- Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the café

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous Barista experience in a café, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Experience operating commercial espresso coffee machines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism
- A willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
