Rococo Hawthorn is looking for an experienced Barista / Bartender to join our friendly and professional team. What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Crafting classic and signature cocktails with speed and consistency
- Producing high quality coffee with confident latte art
- Delivering warm, genuine customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked bar
- Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Assist with running food & drinks to tables
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista/Bartender in a busy hospitality venue
- Strong cocktail knowledge and the ability to work efficiently during peak service
- Excellent coffee making skills, including consistent latte art
- A positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills
- Current RSA Certificate
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour
