Body Contouring Specialist – Manage Your Own Department

Body D-Tox is looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Beauty Department Manager who is passionate about helping clients achieve real results while building a thriving beauty and body contouring department.
This is more than a beauty therapist role. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to grow a business within our business.

Body D-Tox is a complete health and wellness sanctuary offering remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, infrared sauna, red light therapy, dry float therapy, compression therapy and holistic wellness services. Our vision is to become Melbourne’s leading destination for recovery, health and wellness.
Your Role
You will take ownership of our Body Contouring Department and be responsible for both delivering exceptional treatments and growing the department.
Treatments include:
- Fat Cavitation
- Radio Frequency Skin Tightening
- EMS Body Sculpting
- Laser Lipolysis
- Cellulite Reduction
- Vacuum Cupping
- Red Light Therapy
- Wood Therapy (training provided if required)

- Established wellness centre
- Reception team managing bookings
- Existing client database
- Premium treatment machines
- Treatment rooms
- Stock and consumables
- Marketing support
- Online booking system (Fresha)
- Professional website and social media
- Ongoing business support
- Rebook clients and encourage treatment programs.
- Grow your own loyal client base.
- Conduct consultations.
- Run workshops and information sessions.
- Collaborate with local osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors, gyms and other health professionals.
- Promote the department through events and community engagement.
- Help increase department revenue through excellent service and client care.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has extensive experience in body contouring and advanced beauty treatments.
- Holds relevant beauty qualifications (Diploma preferred).
- Is confident working independently.
- Has excellent consultation and communication skills.
- Loves sales through education and outstanding client care.
- Is organised, self-motivated and proactive.
- Wants to build and lead a successful department.
- Is passionate about health, wellness and achieving client results.
