We are looking for a motivated and passionate Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer with 1–2 years of experience in Australian immigration law to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career by working closely with our Principal Director and gaining hands-on exposure to complex immigration matters from day one.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will:

- Manage a broad range of immigration matters, including visa applications, merits review matters, and complex migration cases.
- Work directly alongside the Principal Director on challenging and high-level files.
- Prepare legal submissions, applications, and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with clients and department of home affairs
- Provide high-quality advice and exceptional client service.
- Contribute to matters across other areas of law where appropriate, offering valuable exposure beyond immigration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 1–2 years' experience practising Australian immigration law.




- Registration as a Migration Agent or admission as an Australian Lawyer.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration legislation and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
