We are seeking a reliable, experienced and genuinely compassionate Disability Support Workers who wants to build a meaningful connection, become part of a consistent support team and make a real difference in someone’s everyday life.

This is an opportunity to provide individualised, person-centred support within the Port Macquarie area, with a focus on consistency, trust, safety and positive outcomes.

Available shifts may include:

- Morning shifts
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts

Applicants must have flexibility to work across a rotating roster.

Essential requirements:

- Located in or close to Port Macquarie




- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or a related qualification
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
- Reliable and safe vehicle
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor and hold an active ABN
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Working with Children Check, where applicable
- Appropriate insurance for independent support work
- Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills

We are looking for someone who is calm, dependable, proactive and committed to providing high-quality support. You must be willing to follow established routines, support plans and safety procedures while bringing warmth, patience and a positive attitude to every shift.
