About Us

M and K Plant Hire Services is a respected, family-owned earthmoving company based in Capalaba. With over 30 years of industry experience, we specialise in general hire, civil earthworks and new build constructions across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Due to strong demand and continued growth, we are expanding our team and currently hiring for multiple positions.

We’re Hiring:

- Site Clean Combo Operators x 2 – MR Licence essential
- Posi Operator x 1– MR Licence essential, HR preferred
- 3T Combo Operator x 1– HR Licence essential
- 1.5T Combo Operator x 1 – MR Licence preferred

What We Offer:

- Hands-on, varied roles combining machine operation and general labour
- Wide scope of work including:
- Site cleans, driveway preparation, post finals, labour hire for recent build division
- Residential and Commercial earthworks operators for our general hire division
- Regular weekly pay, including superannuation




- Redlands-based depot with work across Brisbane and Greater SEQ
- Well-maintained fleet with support from in-yard and mobile mechanics
- Supportive team culture and ongoing work for the right candidates

About You:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in general hire or civil earthmoving
- Valid White/Blue Construction Card
- Relevant machinery tickets and licences as required for the position
- Physically fit, reliable, and capable of both operating machinery and labouring
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
