We're Hiring! Couples Counsellor – 1 Day a Week in Miami, Gold Coast (possibility for more!)

We’re a small, growing private practice looking for an experienced and passionate Couples Counsellor to join our team one day a week at our Miami, Gold Coast clinic. This role is primarily in-person for the first three months to support your onboarding, integration into the team, and familiarisation with our approach.

Following this initial period, there may be the opportunity for a hybrid arrangement, with some remote work available, depending on client needs and mutual agreement. As your caseload grows, there is also the potential to increase your working days.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–2+ years experience working with couples, or at least 1–2 years general face-to-face counselling (New grads welcome to apply if you're willing to complete Gottman training at your own cost)
- Trained in Gottman Method and/or EFT, or open to completing Gottman Level 1 training (approx. 1 week online, approx. $500)
- Registered with ACA or PACFA




- Professional indemnity & public liability insurance
- Bonus points if you already have couples experience, but we’re also open to the right person with a great attitude and a heart to grow in this space - we care about fit just as much as experience

The Fine Print:

- 3-month contract to start, with the potential to extend if it’s a great match
