Essential Requirements:

- Australian Trade Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic
- Current Valid Driver's Licence
- Extensive knowledge and experience conducting diagnosis, maintenance and repairs
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Police Clearance
- Construction Card
- High Risk Work LF

Desirable:

- HR drivers licence
- Work Safely At Heights ticket
- Elevated Work Platform ticket
- Confined Space

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Examine vehicles and diagnose to determine the extent of repairs, maintenance or service to be performed
- Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using specialised testing equipment
- Repair, replace, and adjust worn or faulty parts as required




- Disassemble and reassemble engines, brakes, transmissions or steering gear
- Follow a checklist to ensure all parts are examined and tested
- Tune engines using specialised equipment and make adjustments as required
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups
- May inspect vehicles and issue roadworthiness certificates

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $140,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
