About the Role

We are looking to appoint a Human Resources Assistant to work within our Human Resources Team located at our Bilbul Head Office. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources the position involves a range of activities including:

- Providing support in all general human resources functions

- Supporting Recruitment & Selection and Onboarding processes
- Assisting in employee induction activities
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of employee data and information
- Providing assistance and support in the company payroll function
- Assisting in the implementation of key policies

About You





We are seeking a self-organised, committed and enthusiastic individual who is willing and determined to learn all aspects of the Human Resources function. The successful applicant will be required to work both individually and in a team setting, possess sound computing skills, have strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines, as well as be able to provide assistance and accurate advice in relation to a range of employment related issues.
