About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Cleaning Bay / Wash Bay Team Member to support our operations by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hire equipment and fleet.

This role is based in our Cleaning Bay and focuses on operating pressure washer equipment to clean event stock, plastic furniture, bins, structures, and company vehicles. A forklift licence is highly required, as the role involves handling and moving equipment safely within the warehouse and yard.

This is a physical, practical role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating pressure washer equipment for daily cleaning tasks
- Event structures and equipment
- Plastic furniture (chairs, tables, barricades, etc.)
- Waste bins and site equipment
- Company fleet vehicles (trucks, utes, trailers)
- Using a forklift to move, position, and stage equipment as required
- Ensuring cleaned items meet presentation standards before returning to stock




- Reporting damaged or unusable equipment to the Operations team
- Maintaining a clean, secure, and organised cleaning bay area
- Assisting with general warehouse or yard tasks where required

Safety & Care

- Operate pressure washers and forklifts safely and in accordance with procedures
- Use PPE and safety equipment as required
- Handle equipment carefully to avoid damage
- Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- Forklift licence (required)
- Willingness to work in a hands‑on, physical role
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate pressure washer equipment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, well‑presented work
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Desirable (but not essential):

- Previous experience in cleaning, wash bay, warehouse, carwash, or yard roles
- Experience cleaning vehicles, equipment, or hire stock
