Red Arrow Australia is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our Perth office — with the opportunity to step into a Recruitment Team Lead role supporting and guiding our recruitment & mobilisation team alongside our Recruitment Manager.

About the Role As Senior Recruitment Advisor, you'll take ownership of mentoring and guiding a small team of recruitment and mobilisation advisors. You'll work closely with the Recruitment Manager, balancing hands-on recruitment delivery with team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and support a team of recruitment consultants to hit individual and team targets
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across both blue-collar and white-collar roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple industries and role types
- Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interviewing, and placement processes
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting to management
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practice, WHS, and relevant employment legislation
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development activities

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' recruitment experience, with demonstrated success across both blue-collar and white-collar placements




- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a team (highly regarded)
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and industry standards
- Proficiency with JobAdder, Microsoft Office, SAP, and INX
- A driven, resilient, and target-focused approach
